went to doc today, she gave me pads to help relieve some of the pounding on the balls of my feet. she said i am swollen, she is hopeful that i can get through the half, and if i want a shot of cortizone before to help i can have it ??
basically i have blisters UNDER calluses ??? so i researched calluses and it seems that some folks say shave them off, and others say they are needed ?? what to do what to do ??
help a lady out - what do you do for your calluses on your feet ?
Ouch. I'm pretty lucky and don't get blisters but I'm a huge fan of Injinji socks. Those are the goofy looking ones with toes.
